What we offer
Soul8 provides consulting and operational services for cross-border US–Latin America commerce: business structuring, wholesale supply management, online commerce setup, and regional representation. Services are delivered under separate engagement agreements signed by both parties.
Use of the website
You may use soul8.net for lawful purposes only. You may not: use it to send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any part of it, or use automated scrapers without permission. We reserve the right to block access for violations.
Intellectual property
All text, images, copy, and design on soul8.net are owned by Soul8, LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. Brand photography is licensed for use on soul8.net only.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for downtime, errors, or reliance on the information here.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul8's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the site shall not exceed USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date changes with each revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
