Shipping Policy
How physical documents and samples move between Soul8, clients, and suppliers.
What we ship
Soul8 occasionally ships signed agreements, commercial samples, and branded materials on behalf of clients as part of our wholesale and representation services. We do not operate a retail storefront.
Routes and timelines
We ship via verified couriers between the US and Latin American markets. Typical transit times: 3–5 business days within the US; 7–14 business days to Andean and other LATAM destinations. Customs clearance may add time.
Tracking
A tracking number is shared by email once a shipment is dispatched. For Andean-region shipments, contact Armando Cruz ([email protected], +593 98 281 1983) for local follow-up.
Costs
Shipping costs are agreed in writing before dispatch as part of each engagement. We do not add hidden freight markups.
Customs and duties
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Soul8 prepares accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to ease clearance, but cannot guarantee duty outcomes.
Damaged or lost shipments
Report damage or loss within 7 days of the expected delivery date to [email protected] with photos (if applicable). We open a courier claim and keep you updated.
