Who collects your data?

Soul8, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Soul8", "we", "us"). We operate soul8.net and process any data you share with us through it. Contact: [email protected].

What data do we collect?

• Contact form data — name, business email, phone (optional), service area, and message body. Only what you fill in.
• Communication metadata — timestamps and routing tags so we know who to forward your message to.
• Cloudflare edge data — anonymized IP, country, device type, and page path for security and uptime. Cloudflare Turnstile may collect bot-detection signals. No tracking pixels or behavioral cookies are set by us.

Why do we collect it?

• To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person.
• To communicate about services you explicitly requested.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• To keep the site running (Cloudflare edge analytics).

We do not sell, rent, or broker your data. We do not use it for ads.

Do we use cookies?

We set no first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived session cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are placed. Because no consent-required cookies are used, we do not display a cookie banner — if that changes, we will add one.

How long do we keep your data?

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on active inquiries, then deleted. Cloudflare edge logs are retained per Cloudflare's default policy (typically 30 days for free plans).

Who sees your data?

• Soul8 team members — only those handling the relevant inquiry.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — as our hosting and security provider (data processor). See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Email provider — the inbox that receives forwarded contact form submissions.

No data is shared with third-party marketers, analytics platforms, or social networks.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Soul8 is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email [email protected] and we will delete the data promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top changes with every revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
